Thomas Ornelas, 28, of Lordsburg, New Mexico, Remembered Ahead of Funeral Services on September 18, 2026
Thomas Ornelas, born January 31, 1998, died on September 12, 2026, at age 28.
Thomas was preceded in death by Francisco S. Aguilera, Maria Lus Rojas, Urbano Ornelas, and Esperanza Ornelas.
Thomas leaves behind parents Ana Ornelas and Rudy Ornelas Sr., brothers Samuel Ornelas and Rudy Ornelas Jr., nephews Adrian and Leighton Ornelas, goddaughter Karson Plowman, Brodie, Betsy Jane, and many other relatives and friends.
A rosary will begin at 10:30 AM on Friday, September 18, 2026, at Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church, 416 E 2nd St, Lordsburg, NM 88045.
A funeral Mass will follow at the same church at 11:00 AM, with a committal service scheduled for 12:15 PM at Shakespeare Cemetery.
