Isabelle Ann Parks, affectionately known as Izzy, passed away on September 16, 2026, at age 18 after unexpectedly collapsing from a catastrophic stroke and brain bleed on Sunday, September 13.
Izzy spent their final moments surrounded by loving family at Anshutz Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado.
Known for a beautiful, whimsical, and creative spirit, Izzy brought joy and inspiration to those who knew them.
In keeping with their wishes, Izzy became an organ donor, offering the gift of improved health to several people in need.
Izzy’s loved ones will honor their memory through funeral services, a celebration of life, and support for a cause that held special meaning to them.
